Cultural trip to London

Our Sixth Form students enjoy a fantastic cultural trip to London.

As well as taking the British A-Levels academic qualifications, which open the doors to prestigious Spanish and international universities, Sixth Form students at O Castro British O Castro British International School have access to a wide range of enriching experiences beyond the classroom that prepare them to cope successfully with life after school. Such as the trip to London which our sixth formers enjoyed between the 12th and 16th December, a magnificent experience which allowed them to reinforce their English, History, Business Studies, Geography and Art curricular content, visit universities such as University College London and share unforgettable moments with classmates and teachers.

During their stay, they visited the Imperial War Museum, the British Library, the South Bank and the Globe Theatre, as well as enjoying the British capital on the eve of Christmas with a visit to the Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park. Four intense days in which Year 12 and Year 13 pupils from O Castro British International School covered 73 kilometres, 101,075 steps, while visiting five museums, ice skating and enjoying one of the most cosmopolitan cities on the globe.

Undoubtedly an unforgettable experience that will leave its mark on the 45 students who enjoyed it and their teachers. "It was an unforgettable trip, there were more than 40 students and everything was very well organised, we had time to visit many things, but also to enjoy London and its Christmas atmosphere. It was a great opportunity to get to know each other and the teachers better. We are all looking forward to next year!
