O Castro, a proud member of Globeducate
The school is a proud member of Globeducate British International Schools, a new cluster within Globeducate family founded on 2021, which brings together nine schools across Europe.
Nowadays, Globeducate has a network of more than 55 schools across three continents, welcoming more than 31,000 students each day. Each institution is dedicated to academic excellence and shaping students to become global citizens of the future. Formerly known as NACE schools, Globeducate was established in Spain in 1972.
By being part of the Globeducate group, we are able to offer our students opportunities for studying abroad, and taking part in international competitions with other schools in the group.
The Globeducate Footprint
A committed school
Like other Globeducate schools, we are committed to the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. Within this commitment, we have entered into partnerships with international organisations such as the Eco-schools Project and WWF (World Wildlife Fund), participating in global school projects that involve students, teachers and parents, and bringing together a worldwide community of more than 100,000 people.
These partnerships are a great opportunity for our students, allowing them to interact with students from different countries and cultures to address some of the environmental challenges we face and to gain awareness of how to tackle them. Our aim is to ensure that our students are committed to making the world a better place for everyone to live in, preparing them to embrace the great challenges of our time.
